Isabella-Blue Headlam

Isabella-Blue Headlam has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a licensed MSW. She started her Social Service career as a Direct Support Professional working with people who have IDD in the 1980’s. Bella- Blue has worked with a variety of populations in her decades of work; including older adults, people with mental illness, people with substance abuse issues, and people who are homeless. Bella-Blue is skilled in supporting people in crisis situations, counseling, and life planning. She also enjoys training staff and just spending time with the people she supports.
