Julia Oldham

Julia Oldham is a Quality & Compliance Manager with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She began her career at Welcome House, Inc. in 1998 as a DSP and returned in 2014 after earning her B.S. in Psychology. Julia holds DSPATHS CIP and CAP certifications and leads efforts in regulatory compliance, staff training, and client protections, with a strong commitment to safety, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
