Kelly has dedicated more than a decade of her nearly 20-year nursing career to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She began her journey with Welcome House in 2013, working in waiver services before advancing into group home and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) settings. She later served as Director of Nursing (DON) through 2023.

Throughout her career, Kelly has maintained a strong commitment to quality care, emphasizing foundational nursing practices, staff development, training, and quality assurance. Today, she leverages her extensive experience and expertise to deliver high-quality training programs that empower staff and enhance the care provided to those we support.

Kelly is an active member of the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association (DDNA) and has attended numerous national conferences to expand her knowledge and stay current with best practices in the field. Her ongoing dedication to professional growth helps improve outcomes and enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
